Cruel Complexion is a game for change that seeks to illustrate how simple routines can improve or stabilize one's mental condition.

The player is tasked with navigating a simple house and interacting socially with NPC's, excercising good hygeine and leaving the house with a proper mindset.

Surreal dream sequences connect each day and reflect the player character's mental condition through geometry, sound and unique lighting effects.
